HealthyMindz is the fitness assessment module which measures the specific learning outcomes prescribed by the PE/Sports curriculum running in the school.

It broadly covers:
1. Skills - Covers basic motor, sports & life skills along with multi-sport skills
2. Fitness Indicators- Covers BMI, Aerobic & Anaerobic Capacities, Flexibility, Body Strength etc.

The assessments are built-into the curriculum delivery and measure the specific learning outcomes of the EduSports programme.

Each and every child is tracked individually and the rigorous pre vs. post measurements ensure progress and improvement areas are identified and timely interventions are recommended.
